Do I need to provide access to water or power?
Whilst having access to an exterior power socket is handy, it is not a necessity as I have a backup generator as well as a water tank, so I am able to offer my services anywhere!
If you are happy for me to plug into your electrics, this is much appreciated as it will help to reduce emissions and keep the noise down for you and your neighbours.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Poor weather conditions may prevent me from going ahead with some services included in your package. I check the forecast regularly and in these cases I will make every effort to get in touch ahead of your appointment with a view to rescheduling, or I will complete what is possible on the day and return at a later date to finish the job.
How do I pay for the valet?
Payment is due on completion of your appointment and can be made in cash or by contactless card.
What is the best package to remove mould?​

The most suitable package to tackle mould is a Deep Clean. This will extract all mould spores from the upholstery, and includes steam cleaning to sanitise all touch points inside the vehicle. ​
